Canon MAXIFY MB5455 Driver Download – The MB5450 is an easy-to-use and productive printer. All functions of the MAXIFY MB5450 series are easily accessible via the large color touchscreen.
In addition to high-capacity feeders and duplex printing, the MAXIFY MB5450 series printers support a variety of paper sizes and types to facilitate common office printing tasks.
With two trays in the base, the MB5450 outperforms many inkjet MFPs but is still better than most. At the top is a simple touchscreen with a few special function keys and status lights.
Some control panels on Canon’s latest printers have been disappointing, and the MB5450 is no exception. The screen is not fully responsive and menu transitions are often slow due to erratic fading and animation effects.
Color printing is much less impressive. The MB5450 was just 6.2ppm in our 24-page graphics test and took 1 minute 49 seconds to copy a 10-page color document.
We didn’t mind, but these prints and copies are undersaturated and washed out, making the graphics look paler and less impressive.
After printing, the page was very damp and there was some smearing on the duplex graphics. About 4 minutes for 10-sided color, slow duplex printing. Scans were generally very good, but the autoexposure didn’t work as we wanted, leaving the white background of our office documents a little bluish.

- Double Click on the driver software file
- Follow the instruction
- Connect the printer USB cable to your computer
- When the installation procedures are done, print a test page
- If it prints well, the printer is ready to use.
